Spray Nozzles
There are many different configurations of spray nozzles, each unique in its performance and spray results. However there are some basic nozzle designs and these can be summarised, as flat fan; solid/full cone; hollow cone; misting; air atomising (2 fluid nozzles); air nozzles and special duty spray nozzles.

Nozzle materials include brass, stainless steel, "specialist materials" and plastics, including PVC, Polypropylene and PVDF. These materials can be complimented with nozzle tips and orifice inserts in a range of materials, including tungsten carbide, sapphire, ceramics and hard metals.
